SmartTheta Waitlist: Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
SmartTheta is a brand of Chronoquant Technologies Private Limited (CIN U66309TZ2024PTC030606), registered office at 04, Kurunjinagar, Kalingiyam, Nagarpalayam Road, Gobichettipalayam, Erode, Tamil Nadu 638452 ("we", "us"). This policy covers only the waitlist on smarttheta.in. We are not currently offering any securities-related service. When SmartTheta launches, a separate privacy policy will cover the product.
2. What we collect
- What you enter in the waitlist form: your full name, mobile number, email address, how you heard about SmartTheta, and which broker you use (or the broker name you type in).
- Only if you accept marketing cookies: browsing information collected through the Meta pixel, such as the pages you visit, whether you joined the waitlist, your IP address and your browser or device type.
We don't ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank or investment details at this stage.
3. How we use it
- Your form details: only to contact you once, by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone call, to tell you SmartTheta has launched. No newsletters.
- How you heard about us and which broker you use: to understand which channels reach people and which brokers to support first.
- Browsing information, if you've accepted cookies: to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for anything beyond the above.
4. Who else handles it
- Service providers working for us: cloud hosting, and email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery. They may use your details only to provide their service to us.
- Meta, only if you accept marketing cookies. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Government authorities or regulators, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside India.
5. Cookies
Our site sets no cookies of its own. The only third-party cookies are Meta's (for example _fbp and _fbc), set by the Meta pixel to measure our ads. They stay off unless you click Accept on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the link at the bottom of every page.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your form details until we've sent the launch message, then delete them within 90 days, or sooner if you ask. If you later sign up for SmartTheta, the product's privacy policy applies from then on. You can clear Meta's cookies from your browser at any time.
7. How we protect it
Your details are encrypted in transit and at rest, and only authorised members of our team can access them.
8. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your details, or to take you off the waitlist, by emailing grievance@smarttheta.in. You can withdraw cookie consent through Cookie settings. We'll respond within 30 days. You can also ask for this policy in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India.
9. Age
The waitlist is only for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that someone under 18 has signed up, we'll delete their details.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India, as permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. We'll ask you before using your details for any new purpose.
